Jess is an experienced leadership, management development and personal effectiveness skills trainer, with a particular specialism in leadership & presentation skills.

 

A dynamic, versatile, motivated and professional individual with a flair and passion for learning and development, she has an infectious, energetic and inspirational style and is fully committed to enthusing change and commitment in those with whom she works.

 

In 2005 Jessica set up her own training business and since then has worked for organisations such as BT global services, Sky, Easy Jet, Mitsubishi Electric, Hyundai Mobis, Urban & Civic plc, Carbon Rewind, and many more.

Jude Boardman

Jude designs, delivers and facilitates high impact learning whilst building strong, productive working relationships with key stakeholders.  

She has extensive experience of management and leadership development from facilitated learning to delivering appropriate training solutions whilst providing a strong and enjoyable learning experience. 

 

When Jude delivers, there is very little “chalk and talk’, her passion and interest is in developing and empowering people to make the choice of a Growth mindset, where they can be the best version of themselves and where the challenging element can be the most rewarding and developmental element.

Craig is a leadership consultant and executive coach who has over 20 years’ experience in learning and development. Craig is a passionate advocate of inclusion and works with leaders to ensure they can achieve outstanding performance from a diverse workforce.

 

He previously worked in various senior leadership roles in the UK and in Asia in the financial services sector. He has led a learning and talent team in a FTSE 100 insurance company, transforming the way colleagues accessed learning, and led a large operational learning and development team for a UK bank. In Asia, he led a financial services BPO business for an outsource provider and established and ran a successful sales contact centre for an international insurance provider.

With over a decade of experience working across motorsport and engineering sectors, she helps individuals and teams strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, and collaboration in the workplace. Her delivery style is highly interactive, combining practical insight, reflection, and discussion to shift thinking and drive real behavioural change.

 

Fiona’s sessions focus on helping leaders understand their personal impact, build trust and confidence, and create the conditions for teams to perform at their best. 

She brings warmth, clarity, and energy to every session, ensuring that learning is engaging, relevant, and transformative.

Pauline is a leadership and personal development specialist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential. As a Brain-Based Coach with a passion for habit formation and behavioural change, she brings a warm, strategic approach to building confidence, capability and career momentum.

For the past seven years, Pauline has worked as a consultant with many global Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, Barclays, Disney, Google, Lidl, Nissan, PepsiCo, Stanley Black & Decker & Schlumberger.   She’s designed and facilitated programmes across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the US. Her earlier career includes 20 years at Shell Global Leadership Team and 13 years in manufacturing.

Abby Birch is an award-winning workplace wellbeing and mental health trainer with extensive experience working with leaders and organisations. She is a qualified coach and Mental Health First Aider, specialising in supporting managers and directors to have safe, supportive mental health conversations at work.

 

Abby’s coaching-informed approach is practical and grounded in psychological safety, helping leaders understand their role, boundaries and responsibilities, including appropriate signposting and escalation.

Duncan is an experienced facilitator and learning development trainer, drawing on over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector in leadership and learning roles, and for many years across commercial and purpose driven organisations as a facilitator and trainer. 

 

Specialising in Leadership, Team and Culture development, Duncan is expert in creating psychologically safe spaces, both in person and online, where people can explore ideas together, ask themselves challenging questions and have lightbulb moments that translate into new behaviours and actions. He works in a coaching style, using facilitated discussion and creating fun, energetic and engaging learning environments where everyone has a voice.
